TUTTI FRUTTI CANADA PLEDGES TO RAISE $30,000 IN SEPTEMBER FOR THE CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY.
(EDMONTON, AB) Tutti Frutti Canada, a national frozen yogurt chain, is proud to announce a partnership agreement with the Canadian Cancer Society to raise $30,000 through its retail stores across the country during the month of September.
Known for their community involvement and building relationships in neighbourhoods where the yogurt shops are located, Tutti Frutti is excited to bring the whole country together in this special campaign.
“Every year we try and pick a cause that is dear to someone on our team,” says Tutti Frutti Canada master franchisee Angela Seto. “The hard part is narrowing it down to just one, but we feel like if we put all of our efforts together for one charity, we can make a bigger impact. $30,000 is a big goal, but working together and with the Canadian Cancer Society’s help, we think we can do it!”
Tutti Frutti will allow customers to personalize paper mascots for $1, to be displayed in store. Covering the walls of all Tutti Frutti locations across Canada should bring the company to its goal of $30,000 in one month.
“In order for this to be successful, we truly need it to be a partnership – with our franchisees, the Canadian Cancer Society, each and everyone one of our customers, and the Canadian media,” emphasizes Seto. “This is one of the most ambitious campaigns our company has ever engaged in, but Canadians are known for coming together and getting things done. Let’s just add another one to the list.”
